We are currently experiencing issues with SMS delivery through our short code provider. This is affecting both mobile app and web sign-in/sign-up flows, as verification codes may be delayed or not delivered.
If you’re unable to receive the verification code via SMS, please use the “Call Me” option to receive your code through an automated voice call.
